SPF Chicken Rearing Cage Facilities
Flocks are housed in closed-cage facilities where positive air pressure is maintained by HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. Strict biosecurity measures are implemented to ensure product safety and consistent quality. All facilities are equipped with automated, centralized Building Management System Technology for optimal operational control.
Egg Hatchery Facilities
A qualified egg hatching machine is used and located in the same building as the maintenance cages to prevent contamination and maintain SPF status.
Feed and Water Processing Facilities
During the rearing and production periods, chickens are provided with feed and water that are free form Salmonella and E. coli. Feed is processed with feed treatment equipment and water is purified through Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
Handling and Storage Facilities
SPF eggs are collected through an automated system and stored in temperature-controlled cooling rooms to maintain hygiene and preserve egg quality.
Distribution Facilities
SPF eggs are distributed using vehicles equipped with cold chain systems to ensure egg quality is maintained until delivery to customers.
Liquid Waste Treatment Facilities
As part of our commitment to environmental preservation, we operate facilities that treat liquid waste into water compliant with all applicable standards and regulations.
